I found when I did the headliner on my 405, that if I put the front seats all the way back after taking the bench part of the rear seat out the it came out of the rear doors fairly easy.

I have a decent headliner to replace the sagging stained one in my
Mi16, but I don't want to even try if it's going to be a huge
