    I would find a non-EU country and have it filled there.

    You still cannot beat the old stuff.. and they still have yet to prove
    anything about it's alleged damage to the environment. (I think the amount
    of gasoline spilled on roads due to wrecks is a greater threat than freon)

    ...please allow me to put on my flack jacket to cushion the blows and
    outcries!
