It could be mold growing on the condenser assembly. There are spray
cleaner products that can get rid of the mold. The best solution -
to avoid getting it in the first place - is to keep the flow-through
ventilation on at all times, and to shut the A/C off a couple of
minutes before you stop driving the car, every time.
