I moved to Maryland from Virginia in September and the first attempt
at getting my Mi16 inspected turned up a few things.. like HEADLIGHT
ADJUSTERS! I just think it is rediculus that someone should ask about
an adjuster if the lights are adjusted! And it is so subjective.. the
guy told me he smells gas in the engine bay... He doesn't see a leak
of any kind.. and he is inspecting it in an area full of cars with
gas. He also told me the alternator belt is kinda old and needs to be
changed.. (they looked just fine to me). I think if the state of
Maryland is so concerned about your car, they should take it
completely apart and inspect the timing belts, the cylinder heads,
the flywheel, crankshaft, etc.. because it just might not look right.

Or tell everyone not to bring any used cars from out of state..

But once inspected, you can drive out and get hit and have a big dent
that makes your light shine in everybody's face. No one cares. No
    more inspection.

Virginia is much more reasonable.. eventhough I still hate the fact
that you have to get so many little things (like the marker lights on
the bumpers) to work. And you have to do it every two years.

Sorry for the rant, but I might have to give up Peugoets or move out
of Maryland.. and I love peugeots and can't move out of Maryland for
    atleast another 5 years...

    Gashaw
    in Maryland but missing Seattle..
