    Hello Group.

Well I spent yesterday replacing the master clutch cyl. For every one that has been complaining about Audi's and lack of space you should try a Clutch cyl on a ABS car. Its apparent the brake people didnt talk to the clutch engineers to ensure room.

The old one was leaking and I noticed the clutch needed to go almost to the floor to go into gear. Its the same way with the New Cyl. So does this mean that the clutch is going? Or I noticed a small amount of play in the Pedal. Could it be the Rod is worn?

If it is the clutch. what is the process? Unbolt the rear end, remove the torque tube then pull the Trans?

Im starting to get the car ready for the GrassRoots 2004 challenge and want to be sure it doesn’t break down while Im up there.
