engine/aircon fans will not switch off.

PEUGEOT 306 LX 1.9 DIESEL W REG.
I am having trouble with the engine/aircon fans running
constantly except when the control fuse is removed or battery
disconnected. I could do with some help with this problem i.e. how
to fix it or access to a wiring diagram for the above vehicle. Any
help greatly appreciated.
