Correct, sorry Bob, I thought that most people knew what I was
writing about, the tiny city car by smart GmbH...
We also have this official domestic site for the smart here in
Canada:
The only time I've seen the smart on US TV was on CNN at some Senate
hearings, where a projected image of a smart car was used to howls of
derision, to make some sort of a point about raising the CAFE
(Corporate Average Fuel Economy) standards being an EVIL un-American
idea. The Senator said: You don't want us all to be driving one of
THESE things, do you?
Maybe Peugeot IS right to keep out ;-)
