I live in North Portland and I see Peugeots every day.
The Citroens over on Belmont street are cool. The
guy, or gal, has 3 of them. I've even seen another
404 Wagon over by Metro Recycling. It's green and I
nearly smacked into a dump truck trying to look at it
speeding away in the opposite direction.
