Peugeot sightings

Hello,
I live in Gladstone,Oregon(Portland area).Since I bought my 89 505
turbo in November '03 I started paying attention to Peugeots.I have
just seen the 35th on he road in 2 1/2 years.I recently traveled to
Thailand for 3 weeks.I saw 6 Peugeots and one Citroen while there.I
spent very little time in Bangkok otherwise I expect I may have seen
more Peugeots.
I did see a great variety of makes and models never seen in the USA.
It seemed that most were diesel powered.
North Americans can you imagine being excited to see a
Ford,Chevy,Toyota etc.?
Meanwhile my sister in law and niece went on a tour in France.They
said they saw lots of Peugeots and always thought of me.What did they
bring me? A postcard of the Eiffel Tower and some chocolates.No more
Thai silk for them!
