I would be very partial to the new 407 coupe, with the 2.7 liter HDi V6..there's an article in UK Autocar this week (just picked it up at Heathrow), and how the 407's and C6's are on a slower, higher quality production line, with extra QA testing. They picked up a silver one with red leather and the HDi V6 and sing its praises...minus the blind spot and a slightly clunky downshift to first from the auto trans.
