There is no need to undo or stress the lines
I lock a lg pr of vise grips on to the nut that holds the
tube into the injector then use a lever to pry up on the vise grip the injector will come out.
A good shot of WD-40 into the injector holes first will lube their extraction
Once out of the head you can move them out of the way
just be careful not to kink the lines
Most of the O rings will stay in the holes you will need to pull them out
and reinstall them back onto the injectors before pushing the injectors back into the manifold
