    RSS is only available to public groups (no membership required).
    Currently, this list's settings require me to manually approve each
    membership request. This was implemented as a means to filter out spam
    messages, and it works. If I change the settings to "unrestricted
    membership" we'll have the RSS feed, but we will also run a higher
    risk of getting junk emails.
