    Do you have 12v into the thermoswitch with the key ON? If yes, it
    must be the wire to the brush, the brush not making contact with the
    brass ring on the back of the pulley, too wide a gap twixt pulley and
    hub, or defective electromagnet.

    The relay for the electric fan is under a plastic cover ahead of the
    radiator. The low-speed rheostat resistor for the electric fan is
    ahead of the radiator on the frame rail. The a/c circuit bypasses
    the resistor for the high speed of the fan. There is also a diode
    under the plastic cover to isolate the magnetic fan from the electric one.
