86 - Newer Diesels?

Can anyone tell me, did Peugeot ever make or import any 86' or newer 505's with diesel engines? As far as I can tell, I don't recall ever seing one, just Pre-86. I'd like to get one if they made it to take advantage of the smog exemption here in California and put in a N9TEA motor with approx 300-350 h.p.
