I was thinking the following: cut the original regulator so that the
part
with the o-ring is kept with the ears that bolt to the fuel rail, then
solder
the proper adapter on the other side. My pressure seems to stick to 40
psi.

BTW, this regulator is the exact same as one of the Volvo turbo!
Somebody
contact IPD to see if they have the appropriate rising rate fuel
regulator, or
even that adapter. I think a more serious look at x-ref between Volvo
and
Peugeot would yield several interesting performance parts...
