Why bent or flexi? I used a straight long extension and it fit fine.

note that the rubber seal around the box has to be renewed too, and ifyou do
use foam, put oil on it. Considering that a K&N is $40 (and
1 million miles garantee), I wouldn't muck around with that...

This exact same one is available at autozone for $10. It is pretty
cheaplooking compared to the Bosch one and considering the Bosch life is
twice the one of the cheapo one, it's worth every penny. (10k miles vs 20k)

Depending on the brand, this stuff can be very potent. I've boughtsome carb
cleaner than can strip paint, so wear goggles, gloves
etc...

Could you elaborate on the procedure? On the Lancia it is done ina certain
order, and with shims. On the Peugeot it is with a nut on
the rocker, but in what order?
