Alan,
Starquest Owners have been using a Bosch Boost Compensating Fuel Presser
Regulator (Different than Rising Rate Fuel Pressure regulator) with good
success. The Bosch BCFPR was just repackaged by MSD with a MSD part# 2222.
I an currently looking to purchase one for myself and the best price was $70
from Summit Racing. A friend with the ability to buy "Just Over Cost" got
it for $40. The Bosch Marking are:

"Under the Bosch symbol and the actual Bosch wording is the number 671. 180
degrees around there is the number 0 280 160 001 with "Made in Germany"
under it. "

You may want to simply check your air fuel ratio with a voltmeter and the
Corresponding ratios that were published on the Turbo List before you
purchase.

John

Joe Grubbs checked my timings and noted that it was advanced by two degrees,
he said it's still within spec. I ordered a Tweeks catalogue so that I could
find a rising rate fuel pressure regulator for my pug.
