Hi,

I removed the oilpan when I put a new distribution chain in my N9TE.
You can remove the bracket to remove the last two bolts. I suppose this
is the same bracket that I have on my 5-speed manual trans.
You have to free the two motor mounts, sustain the engine and drop the
xmember to get the oil pan out. I also dropped the anti-roll bar.
To sustain the engine I put a jack under the transmission at the front
side, and used a piece of wood between the jack and the trans.
I suppose it is probably better to hoist the engine instead.
